Summary:

As a Fixed Operations Trainer, you will provide complete and comprehensive training to our new and existing dealership partners in the Service and or Parts side of our dealership management group. You will lead, orchestrate, conduct and produce a dynamic on and offsite training program. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Produce and implement a solid fixed operations training program.

  • Conduct offsite training seminars, both in-house at our dealer partners and at regional Dealerosity conference seminars

  • Assist our development department in the creation of a fixed operations training syllabus

  • Call on Automotive, Powersports, RV, Marine, Trucking, Farm and Heavy Equipment dealers to sell our training program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, requirement may be satisfied with equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A minimum of 10 years related work or industry experience.

  • Knowledge of CRM/databases a plus.

  • Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to handle private and confidential information in accordance with company’s interest and policies, legal requirements and business ethics.

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and superior multi-tasking abilities.

  • Solid problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
