As a service manager at Harley-Davidson, Florida's destination dealership, we are looking for a Customer satisfaction-oriented Service manager who is capable of leading a team of highly motivated and trained staff. This person is not afraid to get in there with the team and work WITH them to achieve the overall department goal. As a Service Manager you will be expected to provide the following:

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for all financial policies and procedures

  • Provide timely analysis of budgets, reports, and trends

  • Management of A/R, A/P and IT

  • Training and supervising staff

  • Partnering with GM’s to ensure financial goals are met

  • Play a key role in business strategy and acquisition

Requirements:

Prior experience as CFO or Controller
BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
CPA license or relevant work experience
Automotive and/or motorcycle dealership experience
Experience with TALON, a plus
Demonstrated process and excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working across all dealership levels
