Summary:

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for the configuration of financial reports to reflect clients’ financial statements and requested KPIs. Providing guidance and leadership to teams on internal software systems and validating data.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain dealership financial reports on proprietary software

  • Maintain chart of accounts

  • Organize year-over-year activity between OEM and Dealer clients

  • Build custom financial reports

  • Create client report mockups for approval prior to the creation of financial reports

  • Create financial edit checks to detect invalid financial numbers

  • Complete data validation of financial reports and statements

  • Ensure the validation of system configuration

  • Maintain the configuration of user interfaces and reports of the product

  • Create rules which flag certain values that satisfy a given condition

  • Manage roles and security parameters for all users

  • Work directly with our 20-Group Moderators and support staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, requirement may be satisfied with equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A minimum of 2 years related work or industry experience.

  • Knowledge of CRM/databases a plus.

  • Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to handle private and confidential information in accordance with company’s interest and policies, legal requirements and business ethics.

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and superior multi-tasking abilities.

  • Solid problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
